In recent years, close links have been formed with The Louvre Trust Group of companies, who have a head office in Guernsey and other offices around the world. As the Revenue authorities have fought to close the more basic tax and NIC planning routes, more reliance has been placed on longer term planning and commercial structures.

This approach often involves an offshore structure, either a Trust or Company.
